Fast & Free Delivery

  • In-Stock Items: Usually delivered within 3–7 working days (Mon–Fri).
  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Mainland Delivery to most of Great Britain.
  • Exclusions: We currently cannot deliver to Northern Ireland, ROI, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, or specific Scottish postcodes (AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, KA, HS, ZE).

On Delivery Day

  • Tracking: We’ll send a link so you can follow your order's journey.
  • Access: Please let us know in advance about narrow lanes, stairs, or gated entry to avoid redelivery fees.
  • Signatures: A signature is required. Please inspect your items carefully before signing!

Damages & Returns

  • Check Your Order: If you spot damage, please refuse delivery or note it clearly on the driver’s paperwork.
  • Report Issues: Email info@lineamodern.co.uk within 48 hours with photos of any damage so we can send parts or a replacement.
  • Keep Your Packaging: Please do not dispose of boxes until you are 100% happy. We can only process returns or replacements if items are in their original packaging.
