3. Product Information

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Pound Sterling (£) and include VAT (where applicable). Delivery charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout.

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure methods through Shopify Payments. Payment is taken in full at the time of order. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.

5. Delivery

We deliver to UK mainland addresses. Additional charges or restrictions may apply for remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, or offshore islands.

Estimated delivery times are provided on each product page. We aim to meet these estimates, but delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues or supply chain delays beyond our control.

Upon delivery, please inspect the goods carefully. If packaging is damaged, please note this on the delivery form and contact us immediately at info@lineamodern.co.uk.

6. Returns and Cancellations

a) Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To cancel, please email us at info@lineamodern.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.

If you cancel your order within the 14-day cooling-off period, you then have an additional 16 calendar days from the date you notify us of your cancellation to return the goods to us.

b) Condition of Returned Items

Goods must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to reduce your refund if the item has been handled more than necessary.

c) Return Costs

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service. The goods remain your responsibility until we receive them.

d) Refunds

Once returned goods are inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days using your original payment method.

e) Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. You are entitled to a replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Made-to-Order and Customised Items

Certain products, such as made-to-order or customised furniture, are non-refundable except in cases of fault or damage. Such items will be clearly indicated on the product page before purchase.
