On Delivery Day

Tracking: We’ll send a link so you can follow your order's journey.
Access: Please let us know in advance about narrow lanes, stairs, or gated entry to avoid redelivery fees.

Damages & Returns

Check Your Order: If you spot damage, please refuse delivery or note it clearly on the driver’s paperwork.
